ANDREW ROBB: I think I agree with Bob Brown when he said a deeply flawed scheme is worse than no scheme.
PRESENTER: The Opposition has yet to declare whether it will support the Government's legislation. Already it’s talking to the Greens about a Senate inquiry.
ANDREW ROBB: Industry can see it's going to cost jobs, seriously cost jobs, at a time when we've got a financial meltdown around the world and on the other side of the argument, the Green groups are seeing that the model won't deliver any cuts of any consequence.
