The Robb Group, based in Sydney CBD, is a family office that focuses on corporate consulting and investment banking style advisory services to the wholesale corporate market. Our advanced cross border experience and hands on approach enables us to provide strategic advice and tailored solutions to local and offshore corporate consulting and M & A clients.
The role is an entry level investment analyst for the family office. You will be the fifth member of the team. Your role will be spilt into 3 main responsibilities:
you will provide office manager/team assistance duties
have semi-responsibility for compliance
will conduct investment research duties
The role is varied and due to the size of the team you will be exposed to all facets of the business.

Holds s a degree in a finance related field
Has had exposure to investment theories and can read and analyse company financial statements
Be able to help formulate and write Information Memorandums and marketing documents
Has exceptional organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, high levels of honesty and integrity and good proficiency in English.
Additionally, the following skills will be highly desirable but not essential:
Knowledge of and have a strong interest in the Investment Banking/Private Equity fields
Medium to high MS office skills level, in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Up-to-date with advancements in IT and applications
Knowledge and understanding of Asian cultures
